Now, in order to reeeeeally get started, let me tell you a little more about who I am. Because if you’re not the type of runner who wants to run long distances, or if you don’t resonate with me, then I’d hate to take up space in that sacred inbox of yours.
So who am I?
Well, my name is Michael D’Aulerio, and I’ve been helping runners reach further distances since 2014. Whether I’m writing a new book or submitting a guest article to Ultra Running Magazine, I’m known for helping runner’s get AWESOME results.
It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an advanced runner, if you want to reach a further distance, then…I got you covered.
I’m also a super passionate (slightly obsessive!) ultramarathon runner. Between races and training runs, I’ve run over 100 ultra distances! I run 50ks, 50 miles, 100ks, 100 miles and even longer!
One day marathons were a lifelong dream and now…just another day of speed training. And ultramarathons were once an impossibility, but now… a way of life.
And this may be the truest words ever spoken: if I can do it, so can you!
But this message isn’t about me and my accomplishments. This email is about YOU and tapping into your true potential.
My philosophy is to run fewer days but longer distances. This allows you to achieve the greatest maximum results in the shortest period of time.
Because if you are anything like me, you don’t have the free time for anything less.
I know…I can tell you from experience.
Working full-time, raising a family, chasing your passions, having a social life (what social life?)… all while finding time to workout and sleep…it’s not easy to find time to run and train for a race.
But by running fewer days, you take advantage of that adaptation machine-of-a-body you have and can run ANY distance without wasting ANY time.
